I knew this was a very professional company from the moment Amber returned my phone call. She was extremely helpful from the start. At the time I had two other companies chasing my business. The only reason I decided to go with SCR is because of Amber’s helpfulness and professionalism. She didn’t harass me but didn’t leave it too long before touching base. The perfect Saleswoman!!! I only prayed that the removalists were just as professional. C.J. and Nick more than exceeded my expectations. They were brilliant! They were polite, professional and down to earth. No request was too difficult for them. Good old-fashioned customer service that you just don’t see these days. On top of that they were genuinely nice guys! I had read the testimonials and thought “what a load of garbage! This company couldn’t be that good. I bet they get their friends to write the testimonials”. I would just like to say that this was by far the easiest move I’ve had since I’ve been in Sydney ( I’ve had 4 ) The 2 guys who did the move Tom & Josh ( I think ! ) were excellent. They were courteous , polite and efficient. The whole move only took 2 and a half hours which was excellent. Thank you so much to SCR for the professional and polite service we recieved on our recent move from Bronte to Double Bay. The team were very experienced and even with the most difficult items (a 7 seater lounge) they made the move look so easy. We couldn’t have been happier with Sydney City Removalists. No one enjoys moving, but Tom and Rob made it as pleasant as possible with their professionalism and friendly attitude. I have to admit I was shocked that they turned up at 7am on the dot, just as they promised they would – that’s rare. The price is very competitive and the speed with which the guys did the job made it cheaper still. They gave us lots of tips on how we could make the process easier in the future, and you could tell that they had years of experience.
