What I thought was going to be a stressful move from one place to another another as well as storage for the excess turned out to be quite easy. These guys provided such an efficient and professional service; I couldn’t have been happier. Booking and paying for the service was simple and easy and SCR were flexible and willing to work around times that convenienced my schedule. For a girl moving on her own, it was quite a tough jo; but thanks to the team it was made easy. They were so helpful and had such a great attitude. They followed me to three different locations to pick up my furniture and were patient and gracious when dealing with all of the difficulties we incurred along the way. So not only were they friendly, helpful and willing, the guys were also punctual and efficient. And as an added bonus I found them to be one of the most competitive price in the market. Thank you for your great service and taking the stress out of moving house. We were moving from two houses into one house and the move was bigger than what we thought but the team accommodated our needs and made the extra trip for us and were understanding. I knew this was a very professional company from the moment Amber returned my phone call. She was extremely helpful from the start. At the time I had two other companies chasing my business. The only reason I decided to go with SCR is because of Amber’s helpfulness and professionalism. She didn’t harass me but didn’t leave it too long before touching base. The perfect Saleswoman!!! I only prayed that the removalists were just as professional. C.J. and Nick more than exceeded my expectations. They were brilliant! They were polite, professional and down to earth. No request was too difficult for them. Good old-fashioned customer service that you just don’t see these days. On top of that they were genuinely nice guys! I had read the testimonials and thought “what a load of garbage! This company couldn’t be that good. I bet they get their friends to write the testimonials”.
