Even though we were moving from the Central Coast back down to Sydney the guys turned up right on time at 8am after driving up from Sydney. It was a pretty hard move with alot of boxes and stairs at one end but they were friendly and efficient and worked hard all day until the job was finally done at 5.30. The two guys (Tom and Rob) were very experienced, and, most importantly, they were careful with our belongings and everything arrived at the destination undamaged. Thanks for your hard work fellas. We have moved 9 times in the last 7 years & have used quite a few moving companies. Our last 2 moves were with SCR & these last 2 moves have been the easiest & smoothest. We found SCR to be friendly and professional. They don’t get fussed as some other companies I have used in the past. eg I have used movers who seem to think its my problem to fix if there is no easy parking for them & living in the city parking is often a problem. But with SCR there is no attitude just an approach of hey its no problem. They work as a team and get the move done quickly. I will be recommending them to all my friends and when we move again they will be my very first choice. We couldn’t have been happier with Sydney City Removalists. No one enjoys moving, but Tom and Rob made it as pleasant as possible with their professionalism and friendly attitude. I have to admit I was shocked that they turned up at 7am on the dot, just as they promised they would – that’s rare. The price is very competitive and the speed with which the guys did the job made it cheaper still. They gave us lots of tips on how we could make the process easier in the future, and you could tell that they had years of experience. My previous experience with a different company cost more and resulted in breakages & the loss of some of my belongings.
