I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Talk about the true professionals with a human face. Ben arrived with a coffee and croissant to kick start my day. What I thought was going to be a stressful move from one place to another another as well as storage for the excess turned out to be quite easy. Not only did they take care of my stuff as if it was their own, they helped me get rid of the rubbish and clothes to be donated – all in the fixed price quote. I knew this was a very professional company from the moment Amber returned my phone call. She was extremely helpful from the start. At the time I had two other companies chasing my business. The only reason I decided to go with SCR is because of Amber’s helpfulness and professionalism. She didn’t harass me but didn’t leave it too long before touching base. The perfect Saleswoman!!! I only prayed that the removalists were just as professional. C.J. and Nick more than exceeded my expectations. They were brilliant! They were polite, professional and down to earth. No request was too difficult for them. Good old-fashioned customer service that you just don’t see these days. On top of that they were genuinely nice guys! I had read the testimonials and thought “what a load of garbage! This company couldn’t be that good. I bet they get their friends to write the testimonials”. Thank you so much to SCR for the professional and polite service we recieved on our recent move from Bronte to Double Bay. The team were very experienced and even with the most difficult items (a 7 seater lounge) they made the move look so easy. I would just like to say that this was by far the easiest move I’ve had since I’ve been in Sydney ( I’ve had 4 ) The 2 guys who did the move Tom & Josh ( I think ! ) were excellent. They were courteous , polite and efficient. The whole move only took 2 and a half hours which was excellent. Because of these reasons I would definitely use SCR again and would definitely be recommending SCR to friends and family. Read more...
