We couldn’t have been happier with Sydney City Removalists. No one enjoys moving, but Tom and Rob made it as pleasant as possible with their professionalism and friendly attitude. I have to admit I was shocked that they turned up at 7am on the dot, just as they promised they would – that’s rare. The price is very competitive and the speed with which the guys did the job made it cheaper still. They gave us lots of tips on how we could make the process easier in the future, and you could tell that they had years of experience. I knew this was a very professional company from the moment Amber returned my phone call. She was extremely helpful from the start. At the time I had two other companies chasing my business. The only reason I decided to go with SCR is because of Amber’s helpfulness and professionalism. She didn’t harass me but didn’t leave it too long before touching base. The perfect Saleswoman!!! I only prayed that the removalists were just as professional. C.J. and Nick more than exceeded my expectations. They were brilliant! They were polite, professional and down to earth. No request was too difficult for them. Good old-fashioned customer service that you just don’t see these days. On top of that they were genuinely nice guys! My previous experience with a different company cost more and resulted in breakages & the loss of some of my belongings. These guys are fantastic! I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient the whole process was. After checking out a number of different movers and after reading the reviews here I gave them a call, very polite and extremely helpful. Our move was a bit of a strange one as my wife and I were sharing a 4 bedroom house with my sister in law and her partner. They had no problem with moving half of the stuff to one 2 bedroom unit and the rest to another on the other side of Sydney… both on the top floor! Nothing was a problem for these guys! They arrived on time (7am) and where finished both moves by 5:30pm, I wouldn’t of believed it could be done that fast unless I’d seen it myself.
