The only reason I decided to go with SCR is because of Amber’s helpfulness and professionalism. She didn’t harass me but didn’t leave it too long before touching base. The perfect Saleswoman!!! I only prayed that the removalists were just as professional. C.J. and Nick more than exceeded my expectations. They were brilliant! They were polite, professional and down to earth. No request was too difficult for them. Good old-fashioned customer service that you just don’t see these days. On top of that they were genuinely nice guys! I would just like to say that this was by far the easiest move I’ve had since I’ve been in Sydney ( I’ve had 4 ) The 2 guys who did the move Tom & Josh ( I think ! ) were excellent. They were courteous , polite and efficient. The whole move only took 2 and a half hours which was excellent. My previous experience with a different company cost more and resulted in breakages & the loss of some of my belongings. Thanks Sydney City Removalists for relocating us from Sydney to Newcastle. We had accumulated many years of ‘stuff’ in our old house, which was quite large, including many outdoor pots and equipment, to be moved into a much smaller property. You packed it all into a truck and a van, your team worked bloody fast, were very friendly and helpful, and we did not have a single problem or breakage.
