We have moved 9 times in the last 7 years & have used quite a few moving companies. Our last 2 moves were with SCR & these last 2 moves have been the easiest & smoothest. We found SCR to be friendly and professional. They don’t get fussed as some other companies I have used in the past. eg I have used movers who seem to think its my problem to fix if there is no easy parking for them & living in the city parking is often a problem. But with SCR there is no attitude just an approach of hey its no problem. They work as a team and get the move done quickly. I will be recommending them to all my friends and when we move again they will be my very first choice. I knew this was a very professional company from the moment Amber returned my phone call. She was extremely helpful from the start. At the time I had two other companies chasing my business. The only reason I decided to go with SCR is because of Amber’s helpfulness and professionalism. She didn’t harass me but didn’t leave it too long before touching base. The perfect Saleswoman!!! I only prayed that the removalists were just as professional. C.J. and Nick more than exceeded my expectations. They were brilliant! They were polite, professional and down to earth. No request was too difficult for them. Good old-fashioned customer service that you just don’t see these days. On top of that they were genuinely nice guys! I had read the testimonials and thought “what a load of garbage! This company couldn’t be that good. I bet they get their friends to write the testimonials”. The team from Sydney City Removalists made the move an absolute delight. I have moved many times before and have never had such a polite and helpful team assist me with the removals. Tom and his boys arrived on time, they even rang to see if I wanted them to come any earlier, and got to work straight away. They took great care with all my belongings, and even packed those odd items that I hadn’t had the chance to organise. They were fantastic, polite and friendly. These guys provided such an efficient and professional service; I couldn’t have been happier. Booking and paying for the service was simple and easy and SCR were flexible and willing to work around times that convenienced my schedule. For a girl moving on her own, it was quite a tough jo; but thanks to the team it was made easy. They were so helpful and had such a great attitude. They followed me to three different locations to pick up my furniture and were patient and gracious when dealing with all of the difficulties we incurred along the way. So not only were they friendly, helpful and willing, the guys were also punctual and efficient. And as an added bonus I found them to be one of the most competitive price in the market.
