Even though we were moving from the Central Coast back down to Sydney the guys turned up right on time at 8am after driving up from Sydney. It was a pretty hard move with alot of boxes and stairs at one end but they were friendly and efficient and worked hard all day until the job was finally done at 5.30. These guys provided such an efficient and professional service; I couldn’t have been happier. Booking and paying for the service was simple and easy and SCR were flexible and willing to work around times that convenienced my schedule. For a girl moving on her own, it was quite a tough jo; but thanks to the team it was made easy. They were so helpful and had such a great attitude. They followed me to three different locations to pick up my furniture and were patient and gracious when dealing with all of the difficulties we incurred along the way. Thanks Sydney City Removalists for relocating us from Sydney to Newcastle. We had accumulated many years of ‘stuff’ in our old house, which was quite large, including many outdoor pots and equipment, to be moved into a much smaller property. You packed it all into a truck and a van, your team worked bloody fast, were very friendly and helpful, and we did not have a single problem or breakage. I knew this was a very professional company from the moment Amber returned my phone call. She was extremely helpful from the start. At the time I had two other companies chasing my business. The only reason I decided to go with SCR is because of Amber’s helpfulness and professionalism. She didn’t harass me but didn’t leave it too long before touching base. The perfect Saleswoman!!! I only prayed that the removalists were just as professional. C.J. and Nick more than exceeded my expectations. They were brilliant! They were polite, professional and down to earth.
