I have to admit I was shocked that they turned up at 7am on the dot, just as they promised they would – that’s rare. The price is very competitive and the speed with which the guys did the job made it cheaper still. They gave us lots of tips on how we could make the process easier in the future, and you could tell that they had years of experience. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Talk about the true professionals with a human face. Ben arrived with a coffee and croissant to kick start my day. What I thought was going to be a stressful move from one place to another another as well as storage for the excess turned out to be quite easy. Not only did they take care of my stuff as if it was their own, they helped me get rid of the rubbish and clothes to be donated – all in the fixed price quote. I knew this was a very professional company from the moment Amber returned my phone call. She was extremely helpful from the start. At the time I had two other companies chasing my business. The only reason I decided to go with SCR is because of Amber’s helpfulness and professionalism. She didn’t harass me but didn’t leave it too long before touching base. The perfect Saleswoman!!! I only prayed that the removalists were just as professional. C.J. and Nick more than exceeded my expectations. They were brilliant! They were polite, professional and down to earth.
